Dusty Springfield Musical Forever Dusty, Starring Kirsten Holly Smith, Opens Off-Broadway

Rock bio musical Forever Dusty opens November 18 at off-Broadway's New World Stages. The musical follows Kirsten Holly Smith as music icon Dusty Springfield.

Forever Dusty follows Springfield's journey from awkward Catholic schoolgirl to rock legend, and features classic pop songs from the 1960s, such as "Son of a Preacher Man," "You Don't Have to Say You Love Me," "The Look of Love" and more. Smith leads the cast that also includes former Broadway.com video blogger Christina Sajous, Jonathan Vankin, Coleen Sexton, Benim Foster, Sean Patrick Hopkins, Ashley Betton and Tony nominee Jonathan C. Kaplan.

The musical features set design by Wilson Chin, costume design by Nancy Palmatier, lighting design by Richard DiBella and sound design by Matt Kraus.
